Why Self-Love?

My name is Seth, and I have spent the past 5 years seeking the most effective forms of transformation for myself. Only a couple short years ago, I was in the same spot as you. It wasn’t easy... I took any course I could find. I went on countless retreats. I also spoke in depth with some of the leading thinkers in self-improvement today. Through transforming myself, the answer became crystal clear to me: Self-Love.
That's why I created this course! I am committed to helping people by sharing my research of self-love practices to serve those who desire to create their ultimate reality! That means you!! 

The Course

In this program you will evolve to a fully self-compassionate version of yourself by identifying and growing in self-love areas that have been holding you back for years... Maybe even your entire life! We will learn about the concepts surrounding emotions, and how to address those emotions through journaling and self-reflection. 
We will face our fears to transmute them into positive thought patterns that stick for life! All this in 15 easy to understand sections with videos, journaling, and exercises for you to try at home! 
If you are feeling uneasy, overwhelmed by this process, I am here to help... Personally! The course comes with the opportunity to start one-on-one sessions with me to track your progress. You will be lovingly held accountable for your actions every time we have a session, and have the choice to participate in group support sessions to deepen your understanding of the process. From there you will create a life that is more aligned with your values and create a sense of purpose. You will tackle your fears, and that will be your new mode of operation

Seth Pearson

Seth Pearson is a Self-Love Warrior based in Seattle, WA. He is the host of the Love Amped podcast, and facilitates a number of events and life coaching sessions in the area. Seth's training includes Zendo's Psychedelic Peer Support Training, leadership in the Conscious Crew Harm Reduction Team, Erin Merrihew’s Advanced Compassionate Communication, ManKind Project’s New Warrior Training, Erin Merrihew’s Boundaries Without Backlash, and Thrive's Client Attraction Summit.
